Every time I called or had questions regardless of the time she answered with such a great attitude, professional and joyful! I requested a quote and got a response right away! They came to my house within two days of my initial call! I received an estimated time of arrival day before. The day of service they arrived on time (actually earlier than scheduled) They were friendly and did an AMAZING JOB! It’s hard to find great companies that do amazing work, especially in South Florida! Hands down one of the best companies I’ve dealt with! Contacted James as one of a few different companies in the area for a soft wash roof cleaning. Pricing was on par with a few other companies, however his reviews were much higher so I sent him an email. James responded almost immediately and within a few days he was on site. He took extra care to keep plants and grass safe, even moving some items out of the way that would have otherwise been damaged. I’ve had my roof cleaned 4-5 times over the last 8 years and he’s been the only person who hasn’t killed my landscaping. This alone should tell you something about his attention to detail. If you’re searching for a new pressure washing service, give James a call. Chances are you won’t find someone who will be as prompt, professional, and detail driven as he is!

I had originally scheduled with a different company, but they had an equipment breakdown. Zero Pressure was actually $100 cheaper. He had great communication, keeping me updated on the schedule. I didn't really think my roof was dirty, but the HOA sent me a notice. Boy was I wrong, it looks so much better now! Zero Pressure utilized a soft cleaning process and was very careful to unsure no damage to roof. The attached pic shows my roof and my neighbor's roof. They are the same color tile. Amazed at how clean he got mine. I would highly recommend this business.

These guys rock!!! My neighbor recommended them to me. I have really old tiles. Very due for new roof so soft washing is the only viable option. Well my roof is mint now!! It’s hasn’t looked this new since the roof was installed. All my neighbors are talking and they want it too. I will add, the whole process took about an hour an half. They came as I was getting on a work call. I finished the consult and came outside to find an absolutely contrasting difference. As I was shopping around they gave me the best price so my expectation was so saybyhe least, no expectation. The surprise was that today in America there is still good work, good price and an honest day work for an honest day pay. Blown away with these guys work ethics, they covered all shrubbery exposed grass and plants , air conditioner outside unit. The end results speak for themselves, roof that looked like it was never cleaned, the roof looked from gray to black shades. Now looks amazingly white!! Looking for a cooler summer too as this helps keep house cooler and reject the heat by reflecting it away from the house. I saw an immediate difference of at least 2 to 3 degrees in parts of the house. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Zero Pressure cleaned my very dirty asphalt shingle roof recently. The two men that did the job were courteous and efficient, completing the job in under an hour. They also cleaned the front of the gutters.... which was a very pleasant surprise. Like so many others have said in their reviews, my (17 year old) roof truly looks like new again.
